Recently, Tyson Foods unveiled “BeefCARE”, a third-party sustainability verification program for cattle ranchers. More information on the program can be found HERE.
The U.S. Cattlemen’s Association is interested in learning more about how Tyson Foods sees this program playing into the larger cattle and beef production chain.
This call does not represent an endorsement of BeefCARE – rather, we hope participants will ask the hard questions in an open, informal conversation setting so that we can better understand the intentions behind this program.
Mr. Hueser has over 36 years of experience in the beef supply chain, and USCA was pleased to host him at our 2017 Cattle Producer’s Forum in Billings, Montana.
