Cattle
We are a small beef cattle operation in Tipton County. We have a cow/calf herd and we also graze stocker steers that we purchase each spring. We feed out a small number of steers to have custom processed each spring. These steers are a combination of some of our home-raised animals and stockers that are purchased usually the year prior. Steers are finished on a corn-based diet. Pick-up of the freezer beef is from one of our local processors in the West Tennessee area. We sell in half carcass increments.
